Shana Bubble Dress

This black & white abstract print dress has a round neck, short sleeves, a straight bodice and a fun bubble hem. There are attached strings underneath so that the hem can be adjusted from the bubble shape to a traditional hemline. The fabric is lightweight and comfortable.
