Return Policy

Our return policy is 14 days from the date that you receive your order for regular price merchandise.

Postage for return items are paid by the customer. We will pay the outbound shipping if you are exchanging the item for a different style or size (see below).

*** Sale items are not returnable or exchangeable.

*** Gift Cards are non refundable.

*** Due to health regulations, earrings are non-returnable.

To receive a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, clean, unworn and with tags still attached.

Returning your item
To return your product, send to:

You are responsible for shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of damaged or defective items or exchanges.

If you are shipping something back to us, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Your least expensive shipping option is to reuse the original packaging. We can't guarantee that we receive your returned item without tracking information.

To complete any return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You may return by mailing your return back to us with a copy of your invoice or packing slip that was enclosed with your order. 

Online purchases MAY be returned to our store. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email that your return has been processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five days. 

After 14 days, (from the time that you receive your purchase) we only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

We are happy to exchange an item within 14 days, if we have stock in the item.

 *** In the case of exchanges, we will waive the shipping fee for the new item by  refunding the shipping charge back to you after you have placed anew order.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
