Returns & Exchanges
Our return policy is 14 days from the date that you receive your order for regular price merchandise.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be clean, unworn and with tags still attached.
Due to health regulations, earrings are non-returnable.
Gift Cards are non refundable.
*Sale items are not returnable or exchangeable.
To complete any return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You may return by mailing your return back to us with a copy of your invoice or packing slip that was in your shipping package.
Online purchases can also be returned to our store.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email that your return has been processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
After 14 days, (from the time that you receive your purchase) we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: SeaBreezes Clothing, 556 Main St, Hyannis MA 02601, United States.
We are happy to exchange an item within 14 days, if we have stock in the item you wish to exchange for. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchange to reach you may vary.

You are responsible for shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, (and paid for shipping) the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping something back to us, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we receive your returned item without tracking information.
